The Grove Street Development Projects all SOLD.
Our contractual relationship ended after 1.5 years working with the investors on this journey. The projects were a huge success in the sales price, build-outs. The hard money lenders were paid back in full as was the General Partner who formed an SPE Partnership on behalf of the six investors who were facing foreclosure when we were hired to find solutions to their problems. Our Company just recently Negotiated with six Private Money Investors who bought and invested into three land purchases in San Diego, California. Our Company was able to negotiate over seven months, to find solutions to the problems with the relationships, refinance and make new contracts which led to finding a Real Estate Developer to buy into the project and implement the building of three brand new homes. The estimated combined sale is expected to be $1.275 Millon to of $1.4 Million Dollars. This group of people were faced with a half million dollar loss. And now they are moving towards getting their principle back plus a equity share split after the primary developing company is paid back. We get results.
